Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at ide777. Multiple account registrations — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and constitute a violation of these terms.

During the registration process, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. Required details include your full name as shown on your official identification document, an active mobile number, a valid email address, and the requested payment details.

IDE777 implements strict Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as part of our commitment to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and member financial protection. The KYC verification process may involve:

• A copy of your valid identity card (MyKad) or passport.

General terms applicable to all bonuses:

• For sports betting, all bets are subject to the relevant sports rules. Bets accepted before the start of a sporting event are valid unless special circumstances arise, such as a match being cancelled or postponed — in such cases, specific refund policies will apply.

All ide777 members are expected to interact with the platform and fellow members in a respectful, fair, and civilized manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disciplinary action:

• Fraud, misrepresentation, or any attempt to manipulate the system or game outcomes.
• Use of automated software (bots), cheat tools, or any technical method that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the system.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or multiplayer live games.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within a reasonable timeframe, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures set by the relevant regulatory body. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
